3. Technical/Portfolio Interview (1-2 hours)

  • Designers: Portfolio review + design exercise
  • Product: Product case study
  • Content: Content creation exercise

4. Team Interviews (3-4 hours)

Meet 4-5 team members for deep dive into skills, experience, collaborative problem-solving, and culture fit.

5. Final Interview (30-45 min)

Meet with leadership to discuss vision, goals, ask tough questions, and assess mutual fit.

6. Offer (1 week)

Transparent compensation discussion with time to think and ask questions. We want you to make the right decision.
